Since we do all paintings by hand, we do not refund or re-credit, if you decide you do not want it. But we will be glad to re-do your painting(s) again if you send them back:
- in its original, clean and dent or wrinkle free condition without any damage on paper or art;
- with its original packaging.
How to return :
Please indicate the reason for your return and wrap the package securely. For your protection, we recommend that you use USPS Parcel Post with Delivery Confirmation for shipment.
